Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued when: (a) a product has a major fault, (b) a product is significantly different from description, (c) a product is not fit for purpose. Change-of-mind refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method at our discretion.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Downloadable digital products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable unless faulty.
